Bastille

In 2010 a Parisian artisan launched a brand called Bastille, a tribute to the 1789 French Revolution. The images chosen are often synonymous of ideals like freedom and revolution that is in fact the soul of the BASTILLE name. A slight variation in the color shades, the use of Japanese teas for the dying process, or a little detail makes all the difference. Every creation is absolutely unique and handmade. Silk, alcantara and other precious materials act as the canvas for which these images are printed on resulting in items that are luxurious and as unique as the designers themselves.
